Our main delivery partner is Xend. Metro Manila delivery may be expected within 3-5 working days. Provincial delivery may be expected within 7 to 10 working days.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 3 working days for gadgets and 7 working days for other items from date of item receipt . Requirements for a valid return
1. manufacturing defect/damage
2. incorrect item(item not as described (wrong color, specification, etc.)
3. Missing parts.
4. item is in new condition in original packaging with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards or certificate of authenticity)

Please email us at customerservice@shopcentral.com.ph for any return issues . We will send you a return coupon which you need to email back to us informing us of the reason for the return. Instructions for our instructions on how to return the item. All returned items should be accompanied by a paper copy of the return form.

Processing of returns We will notify you once we have received your return. We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days and notify you that we are processing your replacement.
