June 2026: Top Costco Finds — Ice Cream Edition

June 30, 2026
Food

With minimal freezer space in my kitchen (don’t ask), I’m totally obsessed with Costco’s freezer aisle, especially the frozen desserts they stock. We’ve discussed several options over the past month, so a cohesive roundup naturally formed around a single theme. Call it the “oops all ice cream” edition. Ice cream is the star, of course. Here are the best (frozen) Costco finds of June 2026.

Chilled Peach- and Mango-Shaped Ice Cream Delights

GoodPop Cherry- and Lemonade Fruit Pops

Technically this item appeared in my Fourth of July Costco haul, but since it’s my list, I can include it as I see fit! Plus, that roundup posted in June, so it counts in my book. And no, I’m not fishing for feedback. While I still think GoodPop’s cherry-and-lemonade pops could benefit from a splash of blue raspberry to push them toward the Rocket Pop vibe, they remain a solid summer pickup at Costco.

JonnyPops Dairy-Free Rocket Pops

It’s refreshing to see JonnyPops fully embracing the Rocket Pop concept! That doesn’t mean I favor one brand over the other. I adore all my frozen treats equally. Each bite delivers the classic Rocket Pop lineup you’d expect: blue raspberry, cherry, and lemon. The Rocket Pop trend may have resurfaced a few years ago, but I still can’t get enough. Snag this updated take on a childhood favorite from Costco before it’s gone.

Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream Blood Orange, Strawberry, and Passion Fruit Variety Pack

Yasso Vanilla Caramel & Fudge Chip Frozen Greek Yogurt Mini Cups

There’s a lot of chatter surrounding these adorable little mini cups of Yasso frozen Greek yogurt, and it’s easy to see why. They’re the perfect snack-sized treat and they deliver plenty of flavor without piling on calories. Ironically enough, the only improvement would be if this Costco box held more than twelve cups at once.
