It is well known that summer has arrived, and, unfortunately, the rates at which dogs and cats are abandoned rise considerably. Many people do not realize that adopting an animal entails a responsibility beyond merely playing with it and taking it for walks. Vacation time arrives, and many do not know what to do with them; they have not taken this into account and decide that the best solution is to get rid of them. Fortunately, fines for this act of abandonment are increasing, but it is also becoming easier to find hotels where you can go on vacation with your dog or cat.
