The cookie’s sour-sugar crust could be more pronounced if it truly aimed to mimic a sour gummy, yet a definite peach-ring flavor permeates the entire treat… for reasons unknown. There’s also, somewhat perplexingly, a gumminess to the frosting on this cookie. (I hope that’s intentional.) All things considered, if you’re into peach rings, this is probably as faithful a peach-ring-inspired cookie as one could reasonably expect.
Is peach ring a soda now? There are peach sodas out there, but this isn’t a Peach Nehi. I’d rather have a classic peaches-and-cream cookie than this knowingly artificial try at recreating a… dirty soda garnish? Is that truly the aim here?

I’m still unsure what this one is aiming to achieve. Supposedly, it combines a chocolate-cola cookie, a chocolate-cola and vanilla swirled mousse, a mini wafer straw, and a lemon slice.
Does that sound like any drink (dirty or otherwise) you’ve actually encountered before? I appreciate each component, but I’m not convinced they come together to form a singular vision. The lemon element feels out of place within this chocolate-vanilla-cola mashup.
The mousse is light and airy, offering a welcome break from Crumbl’s typical dense frosting, and the chocolate-cola-vanilla swirl delivers a distinctive twist. I enjoyed it, though I’m not entirely sure I grasp the overall concept.

This week’s top two cookies take advantage of Crumbl’s nationwide dirty-sodas rollout. It’s a savvy move by the brand because desserts can now feature any number of fresh fruits, since they’re already in-store for use in the dirty soda recipes. This lineup includes lemon slices, lime slices, cherries, and strawberries.
The Pink Berry cookie features the latter, the third “is this really a soda?” cookie I’m covering today. While I don’t clearly taste the citrus zest in the base cookie, the buttercream delivers a lively blend of lemon-lime and strawberry flavors. Strawberry Sprite isn’t widely available, but it probably should be. (I miss Sprite Lymonade Legacy more than you know.) This could become the pink staple in Crumbl’s permanent weekly cookie roster, replacing the classic almond-frosted option, and I wouldn’t complain.
